This service covers assistance to children travelling alone and passengers with various mobility or visual impairments and handicaps. In order to have access to these services it is important to note the following: you have to order assistance services when you book your flight ticket. Please contact your travel agency or airline in the case you have not ordered assistance in the process of booking your ticket. You may be able to do this online or in the airline’s app.
At TORP, Widerøe Ground Handling performs this service on behalf of the airlines. People with reduced mobility are entitled to assistance at the airport if the booking is made no later than 48 hours before the specified departure time.
