Where can I see todays departures and arrivals?

You can see todays departures and arrivals at torp.no/en/departures-and-arrivals. You can also se future departures and arrivals by selecting a spcific date in the calendar.

What is allowed and not allowed in hand luggage?

Travellers are responsible for not bringing banned items onto airplanes. Find out what to bring and not to bring in your hand luggage.

Is e-cigarettes/vapes allowed in checked in luggage?

No, all items containing lithium batteries must be in your hand luggage and NOT in checked baggage. This applies to power banks, e-cigarettes, and rechargeable batteries for tools. Read more on your airline’s luggage policy and what is not cleared for take off on torp.no/luggage.

What happens if I am drunk when boarding the plane?

There is a high probability that you will be denied boarding if you are visibly intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance or discomfort for the staff or other passengers. You may be stopped at check-in, at security, at the gate, or as you are boarding the aircraft. The captain always has the final say. In other words, we recommend enjoying your trip, but stay sober enough so that you don’t ruin the vacation for yourself or your fellow travelers.

When does check-in open?

Check-in opens 2 hours before scheduled departure.  Check-in on international flights closes 45 minutes before scheduled departure. Read more on check-in at torp.no/en/prepare-your-trip/check-in

From where and when does the train leave towards Oslo?

There is a shutle bus service from the airport to the train. You will find the shuttlebus right outside the terminal. Purchase your ticket on the ticket machine in the arrival area. Time of departure is found on the screen in the arrival area or you can check out the time schedule at VY.no. 

From where does the bus leave towards Oslo?

Is there a bus going to Fokserød?

Yes, there is a shuttle bus service to E-18/Fokserød. It departs every 30 minutes on weekdays and every hour on weekends, from outside the terminal. Read more on our public transport services and where you will find them here.

Can I exchange currency at TORP?

No, due to new and stricter regulations, the exchange machines are closed at TORP. However, you’ll find ATMs both before and after the security control. Read more on bank services here.

I need an emergency passport, what do I do?

If you have lost, forgotten or your passport has expired, you can be issued an emergency passport. Contact the police at Torp on telephone: +47 989 00 130 or +47 02800.

I need assistance at the airport, how do I book assistance?

You have to order assistance services when you book your flight ticket. Please contact your travel agency or airline in the case you have not ordered assistance in the process of booking your ticket. You may be able to do this online or in the airline’s app.

How can get in touch with Customs at TORP?

If there are no customs officials present when you arrive at the airport, you may contact them at:  +47 334 28 200.

Is there a smoking area at TORP?

The entire terminal is non-smoking. However there is a smoking area outside the terminal near the main entrance towards the parking P1. Be sure to finish your smoking before entering the terminal. 

Where do I return the Tax Refund form?

Global Blue Tax Free forms are refunded at the Servicecenter, located before entering the security control. Out of opening hours of the servicecenter, return the form to the security control.  

I’ve lost my mobile phone, where can get it back?

All items found at TORP are registered and made available within 24 hours on the online Lost & Found platform MissingX. The site is updated regularly. To search for lost and found, click on to missingx.com or read more about Lost and Found at torp.no/en/at-the-airport/lost-found.

Where can I get a taxi?

You will find your taxi right outisde the terminal. Read more on their contact information at torp.no/en/to-and-from/taxi There is free choice of taxi in Norway. You can choose the car or company you want. Travelers should be aware that prices may vary, and that taxi drivers are obliged to inform about prices before the trip starts.

Where are the car rental agencies?

You will find the car rental agencies outside the terminal. Turn left and follow the Car Rental signs past the P1 parking. Read more on contact information at torp.no/en/to-and-from/car-rental

Can I rent trolley protection at the airport?

Yes, prebook at Airshells or contact the service senter in the terminal.

I’ve lost my luggage, where can I get it?

You can track it online here: bags.wgh.no/support or read more on lost and found.

How to reach customer service?

Our service center can be reach by email and telephone, or go see them in the terminal located in the check in area before entering the security control.

Which airlines fly from TORP?

Currently SAS, Norwegian, Ryanair, Wizz Air, Widerøe and airBaltic, in addition to charter operators such as TUI, Ving and Apollo, have regular flights from TORP.

Which destinations are available from TORP?

The international destinations from TORP are currently London, Manchester, Copenahgen, Malaga, Alicante, Mallorca, Gran Canaria, Pisa, Bergamo, Dubrovnik, Zagreb, Tirana, Bucuresti, Cluj-Napoca, Krakow, Warszawa, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Poznan, Riga and Nice, while the domestic destianations are Bergen, Stavanger and Trondheim. In addition you can reach about 90 other destinations across Europe and the world with connected SAS-flights from TORP via Copenhagen. See all destinations.

Is there free WiFi at the airport?

Yes, log on to the free-WIFI-Torp wireless network and surf on the internet as long as you want, for free!

What is the product assortment in the Duty-Free shops?

You can view the prices and selection in our online shop. There, you can also use “Click & Collect,” which allows you to pre-order items and pick them up when you depart or return. Read more and see the full selection at torp.no/shopping/dutyfree.

Can I charge my electric car at TORP?

Yes, charging stations are located on the second floor of Car Park 1 (P-Hus 1) and in a dedicated charging zone at the bottom of Car Park 2 (P-Hus 2). In Car Park 2, you will find “Charging Zone P6”, where charging is included in the price. You can pre-book a space or read everything you need to know about parking at TORP at torp.no/parking.
